Corrections Policy

Menu information changes frequently. Prices vary by location, limited-time items come and go, and nutrition or ingredient details can be updated. We want factual errors on Wendy’s Menu Canada to be easy to report and straightforward to correct.

What You Can Report

Incorrect prices, calorie values, menu-item status, ingredients, allergen notes, product names, availability claims and broken links are the kinds of factual issues we review. A dedicated public correction-submission form is not currently enabled; when a direct reporting channel is added, it will be listed on our Contact page.

How We Review a Correction

We compare the reported issue against the most relevant current source available. First-party Canadian Wendy’s sources are preferred, including the official Canadian website, ordering menu, location-specific ordering information and official announcements.

What Happens When an Error Is Confirmed

If the information is materially wrong, we update the affected content. Where useful, we also adjust the page’s verification date, item status, source note or explanatory wording so the same misunderstanding is less likely to happen again.

Price Corrections

A different price at one restaurant does not always mean a page is incorrect because Wendy’s prices can vary by location and ordering channel. When reviewing a price report, we consider the restaurant, province, pickup or delivery channel, date and whether a promotion was involved.

Nutrition and Allergen Corrections

Nutrition and allergen reports receive extra care because serving sizes, product variants and shared preparation areas can affect how information should be presented. People with food allergies should always verify current information directly with Wendy’s before ordering.

Older and Discontinued Products

We may keep useful pages about discontinued or seasonal items when people still search for them. Those pages should make the item’s status clear rather than implying that it is currently available everywhere in Canada.

Contact Us

When a direct correction channel is available, the most useful report will include the page URL, the information believed to be incorrect, and the source or restaurant details that support the correction. The current contact status is explained on our Contact page.
