For questions about an order, restaurant experience, refund, Wendy’s Rewards, gift card, delivery or a specific location, contact Wendy’s directly through its official Customer Care channels.

Wendy’s Canadian location pages state that Customer Care can be reached by live chat/message through the official contact page or by phone at 888-624-8140.

Menu items, prices, promotions and nutrition information can change. We review important pages against current Canadian Wendy’s sources and maintain a Corrections Policy for factual updates.

A dedicated public correction-submission form is not currently enabled on this page. We will not publish a made-up email address or pretend that a broken form is available. When a direct reporting channel is added, it will be listed here.

Pricing Questions

Wendy’s confirms that menu pricing can vary by location. To see the price you will actually pay, select the Canadian restaurant you plan to order from in Wendy’s official ordering system. Delivery prices may also differ from pickup.

Nutrition and Allergen Questions

For medically important allergen or nutrition questions, use the exact current Wendy’s product information and contact the restaurant or Wendy’s Customer Care when needed. Wendy’s notes that cross-contact can occur in shared restaurant preparation areas.
